What I can build for you

AI features, agents and websites for businesses that want something that still works after the demo. Every job starts with a short, free conversation.

AI

AI for your local business

Ten everyday jobs where AI can take work off a small business. It drafts, reads and watches. You decide what goes out.

  • More customers
  • No dropped leads
  • A lighter back office

Ten jobs AI can take off your hands

  • Be easier to find when people search nearby.

AI drafts and keeps up your Google profile, local page texts and posts, so your details are right when someone searches nearby. Where you rank is up to Google.

  • Ask every customer for a review, at the right moment.

After a job, AI writes a short message in your tone with a direct link to your review page, and you approve it. Customers write their own reviews, and AI only drafts replies for you to read.

  • Chase late invoices without the awkward calls.

From your list of unpaid invoices, AI drafts a polite reminder in your tone for each late one, and you approve before it goes.

  • Write a clearer job ad and sort the replies.

AI helps write the ad and a short question list, then summarises each application against it. You read them and decide; it never turns anyone down on its own.

  • Fewer booked customers who never turn up.

AI sends a reminder before each booking with a link to confirm or move it, answers the simple replies and passes the rest to you.

  • Know which ads actually bring customers.

AI drafts ad texts and variations, then reads your ad numbers next to your real enquiries, so you can see what pays back and stop what doesn't. You set the budget.

  • Have someone answer when you can't.

An AI receptionist picks up, says it is an AI, takes the name, number and reason, and answers simple questions from your own information. You get a short written summary, and anything else is passed on to you.

  • Reply to new enquiries in minutes, not days.

When a form, email or message comes in, AI drafts a first answer from your prices and opening hours and pings you. You approve it, or allow simple answers to go out on their own.

  • Keep an eye on what your competitors do.

On a schedule, AI reads your competitors' public websites, prices, offers and reviews and sends you a short note when something changes. Public information only.

  • Show up when people ask ChatGPT about you.

Some people now ask ChatGPT and similar tools who to hire. AI checks what they say about your business today, and we fix what they get wrong: clear pages, correct details, good reviews. A mention can never be guaranteed.

AI inside your shop or product

For webshops and products whose customers ask the same questions every day.

  • An assistant that answers from your own catalogue or docs
  • Search that understands what people mean
  • Recommendations that fit
  • Built into the site you already have

Example

A shopping assistant for DanDomain webshops, built at a Danish e-commerce agency. It finds products and answers from the shop's own data, with nothing to configure.

AI agents for routine work

For teams with work that follows the same steps every week.

  • Agents that sort the inbox, watch for changes or write the weekly report
  • Anything unclear goes to a person for approval
  • Every action logged, with access limited to what the job needs
  • Scheduled, and easy to switch off

Example

Rune, a personal AI agent, took 760 tasks from task boards, handed them to specialist agents and reported back over Telegram.

↳ Rune

Connecting AI to your systems

For businesses that want Claude, ChatGPT or their own tools to work with their real data.

  • MCP servers and integrations for your shop, CRM or database
  • The AI looks things up and acts within limits you set
  • Works with Claude, ChatGPT or your own tools

Example

Aetherkeep's MCP server gives any agent nine tools to search, read and write a shared knowledge vault.

↳ Aetherkeep

AI set up for your dev team

For development teams using Claude Code or Cursor who want it to know their codebase.

  • Shared memory and project rules
  • Hooks and prompt libraries
  • An AI that sticks to your conventions

Example

prompt-cortex, my open-source Claude Code plugin, matches every prompt against 350 expert templates.

↳ prompt-cortex

AI workshops for your team

For companies that want everyone using AI safely in their daily work.

  • Hands-on sessions in Danish or English
  • From curious to confident, with your own tasks
  • Built on a 12-session AI curriculum I wrote

Example

Workshops for small businesses in Nordjylland: a three-hour team workshop, a two-session course or a one-hour talk.

↳ Formats and topics

Product content at scale

For webshops with more products than time to describe them.

  • Descriptions, SEO texts, translations and categories
  • For thousands of products at once
  • A review step, so it reads like your shop wrote it

Example

TastefulLLM, my open-source Claude Code plugin, makes Claude rewrite every sentence that would still work with a competitor's name.

↳ TastefulLLM

Web

3 services

Websites and webshops

For businesses that need a new site, or a site that finally works.

  • Design through launch
  • WordPress, Shopify, DanDomain, Next.js or Astro
  • Speed and SEO handled from the start

Example

OZ Racing Denmark: a B2C and B2B webshop where customers configure rims and tyres as one set and buy it in one go.

↳ Client work

Moving your shop to Shopify

For WordPress and WooCommerce shops that move without losing their Google rankings.

  • Products, categories and content
  • The redirects that keep your rankings
  • Resumable and verified, not copy-paste

Example

SHOPLIFT, the migration pipeline behind this service: export, transform offline, import, verify. A re-run takes 7 seconds instead of 17 minutes.

↳ SHOPLIFT

Speed, SEO and accessibility

For sites that are slow, hard to find or hard to use.

  • Core Web Vitals
  • Technical SEO
  • WCAG accessibility

How we work together

Four steps, the same for a workshop as for a webshop.

  1. 1

    A short call

We talk about what you want solved. It is free, and it commits you to nothing.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

You get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts.

  3. 3

    The build

You see progress along the way, so nothing comes as a surprise at the end.

  4. 4

    Handover

You own the code and the content.

How the price is set

No price list, because no two jobs are the same size. This is how it works instead.

When the job is clearly defined

A fixed price.

When the job is open or ongoing

Paid by the hour.

Either way, you get the price in writing before we start. The first conversation is always free.

Have something to build, or a team I should join?

Email gets the fastest reply. LinkedIn works too.
