A personal AI agent I built and run, now on its second runtime
A personal AI agent: first on a custom Python runtime, now on Hermes Agent on a VPS and a PC. Its instructions and memory live in Aetherkeep, so I could change the runtime without changing them.

Skills for Claude Code and Codex, and system prompts for other models, that run five checks on every sentence in copy, naming and strategy. A sentence that still works with a competitor's name contains no information, so it gets rewritten.

A migration pipeline in four stages: export a read-only snapshot, transform offline, import into Shopify, verify. Every stage can be re-run, and SEO comes along.
